ARTICLE 1: Item Availability

The merchandise available on ladydutch.com is subject to change. To keep informed of new arrivals and sales, you can register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

ARTICLE 2: Account registration

Filling the registration form and registering is required to complete any transaction on ladydutch.com. You may register or login to your account by accessing the "My Account" link.

    Registering also allows you to:

  • Checkout faster
  • Receive email updates and promotions to get regular insights about trends and sales
  • You can modify your account at any time.

ARTICLE 3: Forgot your password?

If you forget your account password, click on the "forgot password?" link. You will be sent an email with a temporary password. It is suggested to change your temporary password after logging into your account.

ARTICLE 4: Checkout

Upon checking out, you will be prompted to sign into your account. You will be able to make changes to your cart until the order is confirmed. Shopping at ladydutch.com is safe. Personal information provided on ladydutch.com is transmitted through Paypal a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. ARTICLE 5: Payments

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa or Mastercard. On receipt of your order, we proceed with a pre-authorization on your credit card to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet the payment of this order. The pre-authorization is completed when the order is packed and ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

ARTICLE 6: Order management

You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us by email at info@supreme75.ca. You can view your order history and the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on the "Order Status" link.

ARTICLE 7: Sales tax

Residents of Quebec pay a 5% GST and 9.5% PST on the purchase amount for a total of sales tax of 14.975%. Canadian residents outside of Quebec only pay a 5% GST. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.

ARTICLE 8: Shipping and handling

All shipments made by ladydutch.com have a tracking number and are covered by insurance. In cases where multiple orders are placed with the same mailing address on the same account, we will combine the orders and adjust the shipping costs accordingly, unless we receive a directive not to do so. The days listed in the following table refer to working days. Please allow 24 hours (working days) to prepare your order.

  • Orders less than $ 100 (excluding taxes), the delivery rate is $ 9.50.
  • Orders over $ 100 (excluding taxes), shipping is free.

Shipping Methods

Deliveries to Canada are provided by Canada Post (www.postescanada.ca).
When you place an order on www.ladydutch.com, your shipping charges will be automatically calculated before the final confirmation of your order.


Standard delivery in Canada: 3 to 7 working days. Your order will be shipped the same day or the next day.

Rules and restrictions relating to the shipment of products

Orders are shipped only during weekdays. Business days are Monday through Friday, except national holidays. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

      Delivery rates in the United States (Continental only) for orders placed on the website ladydutch.com
  • Orders less than $ 150, the delivery rate is $ 14.95.
  • Orders over $ 150, shipping is free.

RÜFEN can ship products anywhere in the United States (Continental) with a valid mailing address. The following territories are excluded: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam.

Shipping Methods

Deliveries in the United States are provided by UPS (www.ups.com).
When you place an order on www.ladydutch.com, your shipping charges will be automatically calculated before the final confirmation of your order.


Standard delivery in the United States: 7-10 business days. Your order will be shipped the next business day.

Terms of delivery

In the unlikely event that an ordered item is lost in transit, RÜFEN must be notified within 30 days of the original shipping date to initiate a claim for the item(s) missing(s). Orders reported lost after the 30 day period cannot be traced and will not be credited.

Please note that during peak periods promotions, such as the end of the season, Boxing Day or other times of large volume orders, there is a chance unlikely that the shipment could be delayed by a maximum of 5 working days. If your order is an emergency, please contact our customer service. They will work with you to find a solution.

Any signature obtained by the shipper at the clients designated shipping address constitutes confirmation of the receipt of merchandise by the client.

ARTICLE 9: Exchanges and Returns

    RÜFEN wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept return of items at regular price as long as they meet the following criteria:
  • The original tags are attached.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of the reception of your order for a refund and 30 days for an exchange.
  • Items must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed.
  • Underwear sales are final and cannot be refunded.


You can request a refund of your purchased items within 14 days of the reception of your order. To do this, you simply fill out the return form provided with your order, add items to return, insert your invoice in the bag and ship us your package. If you need more information, contact us at info@supreme75.ca.

If you refuse the package and it was shipped via FREE Shipping, shipping costs actually incurred RÜFEN will be deducted from your refund.


If you want to exchange an item for a change (i.e. size, color, etc..), your original item (s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will refund the value of the original returned item. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take 7 to 10 business days to process your refund. Meanwhile, you can place a new order and buy the right product.

To make your return, you simply fill out the return form provided with your order, add items to return, insert your invoice in the bag and ship us your package. If you need more information, contact us at info@supreme75.ca.

When making an exchange, your return refund will be calculated and refunded once we receive the original item. A confirmation email will be sent to you as a reception of the goods and another email will be sent confirming your refund.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged item, you simply fill out the return form provided with your order, add the damaged item to return, insert your invoice in the bag and ship us your package. If you need more information, contact us at info@supreme75.ca.

If your item was damaged due to improper packaging, please let us know by contacting us at info@supreme75.ca.

If you wish to get the same item, once we receive the damaged item, we will exchange it and ship the new item to your shipping location.

Items for sale:

All products are final sale Balance section. There are no returns or exchanges possible.

United States:
All returned items should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the custom declaration; returned items that do not have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to sender.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of personal information in our custody and control.

ARTICLE 11: Secure Shopping

When you place orders on our Site, all of your order information, including your card number and delivery address, is transmitted through the Internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology causes your browser to encrypt your order information before transmitting it to our secure server. SSL technology, an industry standard, is designed to prevent someone other than operators of our Site from capturing and viewing your personal information.
